Ainss★A few years ago I gave you 5 stars and became a regular customer... a customer you've just lost. You've been raising your prices more and more, to a level that I, personally, consider outrageous. Expensive, extremely expensive, and disproportionate. €19.35 for a portion of squid tentacles, which isn't cheap at all, but if that's the price, I'll pay it... You charge a €1.10 surcharge because I take it home. This surcharge doesn't even include a piece of bread... it's just for an aluminum container... which I understand you charge for, since you pay for it... but €1.10 seems excessive, and the
