The dining experience was truly a gastronomic delight. The flavors were phenomenal, the service exceptional, and the ambiance absolutely wonderful. Our group enjoyed every single bite—from the appetizers and main courses all the way to the desserts. My personal recommendation is the octopus, which was perfectly prepared, and the meringue dessert with mascarpone and strawberry — an absolute must-try! Fantastic rather unusual dishes. We had a mango ceviche with prawns, a couple of the plantains with a chicken and a park topping, the blood sausage starter and Canadian wrinkled potatoes. All excellent. I give atmosphere a 4 because the best tables were pre-reserved even though empty when we’d finished. But if you book in advance and get a table overlooking the water, it would be a perfect 5.

Just had an amazing time at Restaurante La Chalana del Charco in Lanzarote and wow… what a vibe. We went all in: ceviche, croquetas, langostinos, a silky panna cotta, and a cheesecake with a strong, bold flavor that totally surprised me (in the best way). The place is perfect for a stop while strolling around El Charco. Cozy, relaxed, and with that Lanzarote charm. And a special shoutout to our waitress from Pontevedra — super kind, super attentive, and honestly the whole staff made the experience even better. If you’re in Arrecife, this is a must-go!!
