Just ordered from this place, and this experience was disappointing compared to other branches known for good customer service, fresh fruits, and generous toppings. As shown in the attached picture, there were barely any toppings on my order. I had specifically paid extra for white chocolate with the pistachio syrup, but it was missing. The staff insisted they added it, and even asked me to pay again to fix the issue despite us informing them that we have already paid for it- they were asking for the receipt for proof but they took it when we go to collect the order and the other staff threw i

The ice creams are delicious. The woman who served us on Sunday at 4 pm was more focused on her phone than on the orders. We ordered four ice creams and she got three wrong. She even tried to make us take the wrong ones home. The way they fill the cups is very clever. There are empty spaces inside.
