Day 2 in Lanzarote and I can confidently say that we had the best food so far. Frankly I picked this place quickly, because it looked well place in comparison to where we wanted to head. It was one of the few places open and probably the most buzzing. We arrived and were given a table, our waitress, Nadia brought us menu and was very helpful when we asked her for recommendations; we got the house salad (BANG!), squid ink croquetas, tartare y pan con tomate. La Tasca La Rasca – Quick Tapas Spot La Tasca La Rasca is a great place for tapas when you want something fast and good. The service is very quick. We only ordered croquetas (pork and beef), one Estrella de Galicia beer, and a Coca-Cola. Everything was good and tasty. It’s a nice place to relax and take a short break. The only thing missing was a little background music to make the atmosphere even better. Overall: Simple, fast, and good quality. We recommend it for a quick stop.

I must say my experience at Taca La Raspa in Arrecife was, unfortunately, quite disappointing—largely due to the service, but also because the food failed to impress. From the moment we arrived, the interaction with our server—who I believe may have been Eastern European and had brightly colored hair—felt uncomfortable.
