The food came fast but was not special, a bit bland. We ordered the artichokes which for some reason were breaded, fried, and covered in a red wine sauce which we didn't like at all (though the waiter told us they are popular like this in this area). The waiters got our drinks order wrong and when i ordered a second drink they never brought it. This can happen of course but the place was really not busy.

Looking for dinner during some sort of carnival, we found this hidden gem. It was 20:30 and we thought we were late but we were pleasantly surprised! ( Canadians eat early) started with complimentary olives, ordered a bottle of red and a half order of assorted cheese ( last on the menu) a must have. If you ask for the business card the QR code has the menu in different languages. We ordered grilled octopus and grilled squid! It was delicious! We had complementary night cap drinks as well. I’d come back and recommend to whoever stops by this town.
