Tom Donohoe★We booked garden seats, were put at the very back outside of the range of the heaters and there was multiple empty seats but they insisted it was booked. After an hour nobody came and we were still left in the cold (10*C). Can’t understand this. Please see the pictures , we got the fire unlit and another table got the good fire.
