I want to highlight the outstanding service we received at Manolo Bakes in Boadilla, especially from a young woman whose name I believe was Berta. Although she seemed to have been there a short time, she served us with incredible professionalism, kindness, and dedication. It was clear she was very keen to do her job well and made us feel very well taken care of. We ordered two boxes to celebrate some birthdays at the office: one of sweet mini croissants and another of savory ones. As always, they were delicious and a real hit.

We go there often and the service is excellent. We've been fans of Manolitos since the days when you could only find them in Colmenar Viejo and then Tres Cantos, and now we're thrilled to have this Manolo Bakes in Boadilla. The staff there are lovely, especially Lucía, Luis, and Andrea. In fact, yesterday we had the unfortunate experience of seeing a woman lose her temper and insult them, threatening to ruin them, especially Luis.
