We looked at the menu during the day when it was closed and decided to give it a try. We were encouraged to sit in the the outside area but this was over the road and we liked the look of the small bar area. I think this went against us as we were ignored for a while as the two waitresses came and went from the terrace. Eventually we ordered a bottle of wine, 1 migas and one pork dish to share. Everything was OK and the bill came to 42 euros.

We had a lovely dinner here last night. It was busy but we waited a few minutes and were seated on the terrace, up from the restaurant - a nice setting. Fantastic, hearty and traditional Extremaduran food, big portions. Service was efficient and friendly. Out best meal in Cácares (and good value, too). I thoroughly recommend this restaurant - thank you for a great dinner
