We had the menu del dia and it started off really good. We got a free appetizer before ordering and I could’ve had 10 more of that and would be so happy. We chose the surtidos de ibericos which were the meat plate. Each meat had amazing quality and we were so satisfied with it. The migas which was a Cáceres specialty was also nice, it didn’t taste much but worth the try for curious foodies. The second dish for me, was just okay. A bit too cooked for my liking so it ended up too chewy but the taste was good. The fries were also cold which didn’t help. For the dessert, I ordered the tarta de ab

We tried to eat here for dinner. They left the special menu out prominently in the evening, even though it was unavailable to order. It was very deceptive. There were two of these menus sitting outside. Classic bait and switch. Most restaurants would put away the signs. I am also very annoyed that almost all the restaurants nearby are tourist traps. Avoid.

Nice location, busy place. Menu del dia looked good. Extremely disappointed that we were charged for a soft drink but the beer was included in the Menu del dia price, not clear on the menu. I suggest that you enquire what drinks are included before ordering.

Sat down for a meal and were told the Menu Del Dia was not available on the day, only al a carte, thought it was strange as the bill board was out, ordered some food which was not what we had ordered, (that could have been my Spanish but but i did point it out on the menu) A Spanish person sat down on the next table and ordered from the menu del dia!!!! No problem for him, we were not made to feel welcomed at all and were dissapointed in the experience. Had we had the Menu del Dia we would have spent a lot more money , there loss!!!
