Very shifty rude manager, bad food ever, I was wondering why they quite and across the restaurants all packed with tourists. I asked for the suckling pig, they gave us boiled hard dry pieces of pork and told us this is it. Don't believe the pictures they post. No discount she gave us and no apology. Stay away from this miserable place

A very pleasant surprise. Excellent, fast and efficient service and friendly staff. The food was tasty, but prices could be cheaper. We came here for lunch after sightseeing in the morning. I recommend it. It’s typical Spanish food. We shared puntillitas, ensalada mixta y patatas ali-oli.

Tal Cual ~ The best service in Plaza Mayor in Cáceres. We try well done main course as ~ "Pulpo con Patatas" served as local Extremadura Cuisine Style. Big glass of Gin & Tonic is recomended here to feel atmosphere of main square.

This was such a lovely place. It has a great view over the plaza, but more importantly it had just excellent local style food at great prices. I had the best pork I’ve had in Spain (that’s saying something!) My partner had wonderful fried octopus. For a first course I had amazing, yet simple, grilled asparagus dressed with a little olive oil and some diced tomatoes. Divine. As a tourist, it can be so disappointing to eat at one of the places with umbrellas on the plaza. The food is usually mediocre. Not at Tal Cuál.
