Food is amazing. Service even better! Honestly the best restaurant we have tried between Madrid and Cadiz. The mackerel, clam, and bone marrow starters were divine. Dinning at Ettu was a whole gastronomic experience, few places in Spain offer such experience. They do not only serve excellent local food they offer local culture in every dish they serve. You will learn and taste local history. Our server Felix not only was super kind and attentive but also full of knowledge. Thnks guys for such a nice dinner.
