Hue Kwon★★★As it's in residential area, all were locals. I was here at around 3 pm and it was very crowded. Lunch menu was available for about 14.40 euro, which was a few euro more expensive than other restaurants in shopping or touristic area. But the food was really good. I tried seafood soup and rice with calamari in ink sauce. Lunch menu comes with bread and drink (maybe coffee.. but I didn't have it as I was full). They don't speak good english but they accommodate with their best. If you are in the neighborhood, try it.
