We booked a table a few days in advance, and as soon as we arrived, my partner and I were seated. Less than two minutes later, we had our drinks and the menu ready. We ordered the broken eggs with garlic shrimp, aioli, and baby eels—it was absolutely delicious, highly recommended. The oxtail croquettes were spectacular, and the braised pork cheeks in red wine sauce were also very good, although a little salty for our taste. The customer service was excellent, especially from a tall, dark-haired guy who's on Instagram—truly top-notch and highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

A really good restaurant in Ciudad Real, a bit far from the center but well worth the trip. We went twice in the last month, once for dinner and once for lunch. The menu is extensive and varied. There's a dining room and a separate bar/dining area, a bit more informal, where they serve breakfast and some other dishes not listed on the dining room menu (small open-faced sandwiches, hamburgers, etc.). Special mention goes to the pig's ear with "minutejos" sauce; we ordered it both times. The first time it was a bit spicy, but the second time it wasn't, and we preferred the first. Also worth ment
