A true traditional churros place, open since 1930 — and you can really feel the history! Cozy atmosphere with beautiful traditional décor. The service is very nice, fast, and English-speaking, which makes it stand out compared to other shops on the same street. Absolutely don’t miss the churros with Swiss hot chocolate and whipped cream — simply amazing. We also tried their xuixo to take away, and it was so good I still dream about it! A must-stop for anyone visiting Barcelona.

It was a pleasure to take a break here and enjoy a snack in such a historic and charming setting. The service was friendly and attentive, and we appreciated the opportunity to experience such an iconic establishment. Unfortunately, we were somewhat disappointed by the churros and hot chocolate. The churros were a bit dense and seemed as though they had been reheated rather than freshly made. The hot chocolate, while pleasant enough, lacked the rich, decadent flavor we were hoping for and tasted somewhat watered down. A well visited place recommended by everyone but I found the churros and chocolate less than average taste-wise. The service on the other hand was incredible. We ordered and ate immediately! 2 churros, 2 chocolates, 1 crema Catalan & 1 bottle of water 19.10 euros. Very fairly priced although this is a touristic area. 3 stars for that!
