Had a great dining experience at Los Caralores. The vintage décor and nostalgic vibes genuinely felt like stepping back into the 1800s. The food was absolutely delicious. I especially loved the open kitchen, where you could see the chefs carefully preparing each dish with so much attention and care. 👏 Big shoutout to Ismael and Jake for the friendly service. All right, let’s start with the criticisms and go from there. Our only big complaint was after being seated how long it took them to come meet up with us take our drink order and then finally bring it to the table. The place wasn’t that busy that it couldn’t have been a little quicker. Now that that’s out of the way the food was incredible. My wife had the suckling piglet. And she gave it a 9.8. I had the half chicken. After watching all the Facebook videos of the place I knew that was exactly what I wanted and I was definitely not disappointed. The suckling pig was out of this world and some of the best we’ve had anywhere. Super moist, juicy and flavourful, fall-off-the-bone tenderness! Very unique experience to be at this institution of a restaurant too. Laura and Edu were superb, they made us feel at home with the attentive service and friendly vibes. Well worth a visit!
