It's a shame that all the good experience this bar could offer is overshadowed by the attitude of one of the waitresses, in this case, the girl's name was Vanesa. I've always been a big fan of having breakfast at the bar in the mornings, relaxing, greeting the staff, saying thank you, and with a little basic politeness, returning. This waitress (Vanesa) makes you feel uncomfortable. She doesn't say thank you back, nor good morning. He who grasps at too much holds nothing. They have a huge menu, and although it might seem like a Spanish tavern, they have everything. Well, we ordered empanadas, and they only had four left (literally, and none of them were the ones we had ordered), and no more to order. We also ordered two combo plates, and the descriptions of what came with them had little to do with what we actually received (and with such a good Venezuelan restaurant nearby, they'd be wise to remove it from the menu). It was our first visit, but it won't be our last. We ordered some beers and a tinto de verano (red wine and lemonade), which I was blown away by—it was so authentic, a half-liter pitcher for one person! Incredibly true, and it was delicious. The staff were fantastic, with great appetizers and ice-cold drinks, just what we were looking for in this heat. Highly recommended! ⭐️ We'll be back next time. Cheers!
