Wow. Que servico y comida tan mal. We stopped at the Centro Commercial Mirado and instead of eating mall food, we decided to make the 10mins walk to this restaurant based on the Google reviews. We've had really good luck the week and half we've been in the area filled with delicious food. However, when we got there the eating area in the back was hot and stuffy. The weather is very hot at the moment, 36°, and while they had an air unit, it was not on. This really should have been the first sign. The best paellas in Cuenca. Authentic and delicious. A wide variety of appetizers and several paella options, excellent service, and very reasonable prices for the quality they offer. Parking is available in front of the restaurant, and there's a terrace for warmer days.

The waiters were friendly, but the portions we ordered weren't very appetizing. We ordered baby squid that were very oily, and a grilled pig's ear that was tough in some places and gelatinous in others. I went back, this time for lunch. We had rice with carabineros prawns, and it was good, as was the senyoret rice. However, the starters weren't quite good. The waitress who served us was also polite this time. The quality was fair for the price.

Despite some negative reviews I saw, I have to say I'm so glad I went and tried it, because I loved the restaurant. The service from the waiters was excellent, it was very quiet and, above all, very cool inside, and the food was fantastic. We opted for patatas bravas and cuttlefish to start, and then a black rice dish that was spectacular. Not to mention the desserts; we ordered chocolate fondant, flan, and I especially recommend the cheesecake—it was incredibly good. I will definitely be back.
