We have always loved special places. What is unique about this place is that the Super composed foods arrive in dishes made by themselves with 3D printer. An interesting gastronomic journey is a real refreshment after the typical tapas/ham/cheese in the area. The chef works alone in the kitchen, so if there are many people, sometimes you have go wait - but I think It’s worth it. The place itself is almost nothing from inside, for such a price range you would expect a little Design and from outside you can’t tell if the place is open or not. The restaurant alone is not worth a detour to Cuenca,

I was in a very bad mood after being overwhelmed by loud noise, yelling, laughing, disgusting cigarette smoke smell and vomit inducing cheap perfume smell everywhere in busy area in Cuenca while trying to look for a place to eat on a Saturday night. We only walked into Paranoia out of desperation as it was the only place with none of the above. The place was empty on a busy street. But the server made us feel comfortable and relaxed right away with her kind and friendly manners. The olives were delicious. Their foods were good and unique although it was a bit on a salty side.
