Found a snail in the lettuce of my burger after getting takeout from here. I was excited because the lunch deal seemed like a good value, but that quickly changed when I got home and opened my food. I called to report the issue and request a refund. Since I didn’t have time to go back with the burger, the staff became rude and accusatory instead of trying to resolve the situation. Finding a pest in your food is unacceptable. Don’t recommend

We visited this restaurant earlier today, and the burgers were absolutely delicious! The staff were really friendly, and the service was quick. It’s honestly one of the best smash burgers we’ve had in Barcelona. The burger size and the portion of fries were both very generous. I would definitely recommend trying it out!

I had previously seen such thin hamburgers only at McDonald's. I asked for salad and what I got was edible, but had definitely seen better days. The combination I got was with goat cheese, and it was interesting enough. Unfortunately I forgot to specify how cooked I wanted the meat; the cook/waitress did not ask. The quantity was simply not enough, I had to get something somewhere else. Not worth the price if you have to order 3 burgers to get the equivalent meat of 1.
