The staff are very nice. A young male waiter. He also speaks English and he’s very polite and make sure everything is good and you have everything you want. I have tried their different options and all the time they were good. Also, I think this branch is cleaner than the other ones. The toilets are more less good they could be better. I tried their appetizer dish and it was very tasty. I also had pancakes. I prefer the cream next to the pancake to be sweeter. I paid about €21 for one dish and one pancake with one ice cream without drinks. But their pancakes were fresh and tasty And I did like

One of the nicest VIPS in town. It’s modern, well decorated, clean. Maybe a tiny bit too bright with the artificial lighting. I had a La Villaroy here which was good but nothing exceptional, probably not a VIPS item I will order again. Service was quick and cordial.

Went to get pancakes and milkshakes for the kids. I just had a pan tomate and a coffee. I was very pleasantly surprised! The bread was great! Tomato and olive oil was good, and they served with smoked salt - what a great touch!

New VIPS locale close to BARRIO Retiro. As always a solid experience. This one isn't too crowded and has outdoor seating as well. Would recommend for a tardy merienda at an affordable price
