He answered all our questions about how he cooked them etc, he was very enthusiastic and friendly. This was our favourite restaurant of our 2 weeks in Galicia. Prices are very good for the quality of the food. The chai ice cream was particularly amazing, as was the sea bass - never had such perfect crispy skin before.
