The food looks nothing like the menu. Many items come with a surcharge. We paid extra for sashimi, and the salmon pieces were small, half shredded and was starting to smell rancid. We tried the noodles, and it tasted like carbon, like it was cooked on a badly dirty grill. The dumplings clearly were frozen before. The garnish was shredded lettuce used for hamburgers. The table next to me was so close, I could lean over and hug him if I wanted. Our server was nice at least.

I genuinely love the all-you-can-eat option, but the staff was being difficult when it came to paying the bill. The first time we went, there was no problem splitting the bill in our group, the second time (same size group), the staff didn't want to split our bill. After some back and forth, we we were forced to have one person pay a ~300€ bill and collect money from each of us individually. It felt unnecessary, especially since we knew they could split bills, but just wanted to avoid the extra work in doing so...

Si cold in the restaurant. Clients eat with their coat. It smells bleach. And now they force you to buy a beverage with your menu. Staff unfriendly A shame as concept is good and food quite nice.
