We've been customers for many years, but in the last couple of years, the quality and service at this place, especially the Portal del Rey location on the avenue, has declined significantly. There were never any problems before, but now every time I order, a delivery takes two hours, they send the wrong thing, and to top it all off, the meat they're delivering is shameful; it looks like pigeon legs. The prices are high, but they haven't improved the service. Please keep working on it; it used to be one of my favorite places, but it's really gone downhill. What a shame.
