Very thankful for their numerous vegetarian and vegan options! Loved the vegetarian roll, as well as their Tantanmen (ramen). The vegan protein in the tantanmen was tender and the helping was surprisingly generous! Of interest, I don’t know if this was the intended taste, but the vegan yaki-udon tasted like cinnamon mixed with ketchup. I grew up on the Pacific coast eating lots of Japanese food, and it was not a taste I expected. It wasn’t bad, just interesting. I did not like the re-usable wooden chopsticks in their restaurant because their porous nature makes them susceptible to bacterial

As an udon restaurant, I will expect the udon is handmade, or at least has a better quality. But it is just too soft and only soft, which is under the expectation, which should be smooth, but soft yet firm, and a bit chewy. The broth is ok, but not special. I will expect the shrimp could be better, the chicken is ok, but not impressive. I won't say it is not very bad, but nowadays, there are many good ramen or noodle restaurants in Madrid, for this price, I would say this is not the first priority.

What a beautiful new restaurant! Ricky (our gorgeous server) was so kind, and extremely attentive. He consistently checked in with our table to make sure we had everything we needed, and fluidly switched between English and Spanish. So impressive!! Our food came out quickly, looked incredible, and tasted even better! My favorite was the Corral Chicken Roll, it was so delicious!! Ramen was good too ;)
