We had a reservation on the ground floor with a baby stroller, and they directed us upstairs, requiring us to carry the stroller up the stairs. Then we ordered our drinks and soft drinks before the main course, and they didn't have all the soft drinks available, which was terrible on a weekend when restaurants are busy. In short, everything was awful, and the food was delayed for both the children and the adults. We ordered paella, and it was overcooked and dry, whereas on other occasions we've eaten here and it wasn't like that.
