We had a bottle of fantastic catalunian wine and several dishes as well as desserts. It was one of the top 5 best restaurants I ate in my life. Including all Michelin Star ones... it was a pure delight how simple it can be to just enjoy a fantastic dinner.

A Roca brother's disciples rrstaurant...and you feel it: everything is carefully crafted to have an experience rather tna a simple meal. We got here at the last lunch turn at 14:30 yet we got any pressure to finish, actually the opposite, we were extremely well served. We took few dishes to share and it would be difficult for me to choose one: all of the were amazing. A disappointing visit overall. The fish had an off smell and was rather tasteless — I couldn’t finish it. The millefeuille was mediocre at best. Service was also lacking; staff were dismissive when we queried the water charge — something that is not typically applied in other countries. The only redeeming feature was the wine, which was quite good. I wouldn’t return.

Maybe my new favourite Girona restaurant. The scallops and tuna starters were exceptional. I went for a slightly boring filet beef main, but it was also great. Lovely Emporda wines by the glass and great waiting staff. Definitely going back for a big family meal.
