I don't know how it can have more than one star. It's worse than an industrial place—disgusting, dry, and tasting like artificial flavorings. I don't know if the girl who works there doesn't care about anything or if she thinks the customers are idiots. I asked for something with puff pastry and cream, specifically something that wasn't meringue, and she gave me something I don't know the name of, but it was meringue: dense, hard puff pastry, stale cream, as if everything was more than a week old, and it tasted like cardboard. The worst part is that it cost €3.50, so I forgot the meringue and

We went on January 1st and it was the only café open in the entire historic center of Guadalajara, which we greatly appreciated. The place is lovely, with spacious areas, tasteful decor, and warm lighting that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. As for the food, the products are good; while not exceptional, they're perfectly adequate for enjoying a pleasant time. Special mention goes to the service from the women who served us; they were friendly and professional. The cleanliness is also noteworthy, especially in the restrooms, which are spacious and spotless. Highly recomm

I bought two surprise packs, and when I went to pick them up, the saleswoman was unfriendly and rude. The packs were as hard as rocks and repetitive. The churros and porras were probably from the day before, and the pastries were so small you'd throw them against the wall and it would break the wall instead of the pastry. I'm definitely not buying anything from this shop on Calle Mayor in Guadalajara again.
