I found this amazing dessert spot in Spain and had to share! The soufflé was absolutely incredible — served warm, perfectly fluffy, and so light it almost melts in your mouth. It had just the right level of sweetness, not too heavy, and the texture was beautifully delicate. The matcha latte was just as impressive. Amazing souffle amd coffee. Fantastic service! The souffle is ready for curca 10 minutes. You can sit outside or inside. The souffle I tried was the classic one, but you can order it with additional extras. Definitely I will comr back! I came here already expecting the soufflé to be amazing, because the first time we tried to visit it was so busy we couldn’t even get a table.
