Chatgpt brought me to this local spot in la latina...5 Come here if you want a legit arroz con MAS caldo with lobster. 30min wait time as we were told so be prepared. Do not let the pics deceive you. This is a home cooked dish. The server was super prompt, polite, and sooo helpful to even kindly give mas caldo in our takeaway container so I could reheat it later and have it soupy enough! if you want a crispy paella, you might need to tell them or go elsewhere coz this is more like a congee rice with thick soup and seafood. So so good hit the spot after walking all day. 19 EUR per pax 2 EUR
