What an absolute treat this place is! Recommended by ChatGPT on a 24 hour stopover in Madrid, it did not disappoint. Everything on the menu looked amazing making it quite impossible to make a decision so just went with the tasting option. There was nothing that wasn’t absolutely delicious with a wide range of tastes and ingredients both within and across the dishes. Went there for lunch today. It was a good place to rest in and have a good meal for lunch after a long walk around the city. It’s located in a calm neighborhood. The service was good and the staff was friendly. We took the menu option which was 30€ per person and it was really good.
