Definitely a place to be when in Madrid! I came back here 3 times when staying for a week in Madrid. Excellent service from Alberto and the girls. Regional Spanish wines and truly typical food, in a place attended by locals.

The portions are too small or too big , but both are quite expensive . Tuna belly as a starter for 14,9 euros where "tuna belly" from a tin of 4 thin slides of tuna. Next, the child ordered paella ( I told the waiter that it was for my daughter). The cost from 12 to 20 euros. In the bill it turned out that this is per person, and the minimum should be taken for two. Which he politely kept silent. In the end 31 euros+ in the cheque and a tonne of rice with 3 prawns.... But the waiters and the atmosphere is generally friendly. I wouldn't go to such a place again.

Great restaurant with a small terrace. Nice rice (paella) dishes but also some other mediterranean options. Wonderful wine & beer selection. But above all nice waiters and waitresses friendly and ready to serve. Try the Arroz con Carabineros (Big Shrimps Rice/Paella)
