5 stars are not enough to describe this place: food, service and atmosphere are the best you can find in Madrid regarding the culture, food, flavor and amazing people. If you want to eat real central-american food, natural, well done at the moment and fresh: come here. If you are looking for Tapas, this is not your place, don't criticize the place for being genuine and authentic. This is the best place to eat like a catracho, if you don't know that definition, don't go 🤣. (It's in the name of the Restaurant, so google it ;) )

I won't be returning to this place. We ordered a tinto de verano (red wine and lemonade) and a beer with lemon in a pitcher, and on a 30-degree afternoon, they brought the beer warm in an unchilled pitcher. We had to ask for an ice-cold pitcher so we could exchange it. We ordered a portion of chicken wings, and half an hour later, having finished our drinks, we asked for the bill.
