The Francesina (a type of French sandwich) came with an inedible beef steak, and they charged extra for the potatoes (which were hard), as well as the egg… We ordered ribeye croquettes, and I found a bone, practically half the size of the croquette, INSIDE THE CROQUETTE… unbelievable. We explained the situation to the waiters, who were very friendly, by the way, and told us they were going to offer us dessert and coffee on the house. When we saw the bill, they couldn't remove the dessert and coffee… very disapp
