At the Burger King in Bowling Linares, I've generally had a good experience, and the staff preparing the orders are super friendly and helpful. But today, I have to highlight something: one employee, Inma, was incredibly kind and went out of her way to get me the specific towel I wanted (because of the Minions towel promotion with your meal), even opening other boxes. It would have been easy for her to just serve me with whatever she had on hand without any fuss, but the fact that she went to such lengths and was so involved makes it all the more valuable, and she did it all with a smile.
