Food was outstanding. Service was intermittent, the person serving us would do one thing at a time then go and sit down on his phone! However, if we called out to him he immediately responded in a positive way and was very hospitable and helpful. It felt relaxed as if they knew us already even though it was our first visit. It's a local place, with interesting dishes with a bit of extraordinary tastes. The meat was difficult to chew, that's why I'm taking away one star. The shrimps were great, as well as everything else. The desserts on the menu didn't look very original or local so we skipped them.

Place might look a bit underwhelming, but it has impressive diversity of comparatively cheap dishes and serves rather unique and truly delicious food. We enjoyed typical Peruvian starters the most (baked platana and maze with cheese), but main dishes were also good. Portions are huge so it might be challenging.
