Very disappointing experience. The staff seemed more interested in chatting and joking with each other than actually doing their jobs. Because of this, service was slow and disorganized. Orders were getting mixed up, and it felt like no one was paying proper attention. Instead of a professional environment, it came across as chaotic and careless. Definitely needs better management and more focus on customer service.

Place was crowded, looks under staffed to handle the crowd. The ladies at the counters were cute and well behaved, but I think more manpower to be added. The coffee was great as always from a star bucks!

The staff there is not friendly and I've been there for 3 times and the service of them is very bad as I always notice whenever I buy very nice. I know working a lot is exhausting but you can't be like that to the people who buy very nice. And there's one girl that put his finger inside the cup knowing we will there it. Hoping this will reach to the top person, so they can give some lesson to their staff to be nice too if the buyer is nice and good.
