Horrible. Starbucks has lost everything that made it a cool place to have a drink 10 years ago. The vanilla frappuchino has almost no flavour, basically it is water with a bit of vanilla taste. It is getting worse every year. The design is old, their places are small and unclean. I will never go back. Either they change everything and go back to quality products or they should close this franchise in Spain.

Staff are very polite and kind, especially Dani , he gave me very good impression and I feel like I am a VIP of Starbucks. I come for lunch or coffee break usually twice a week, I do enjoy every single time when I am here to read my book n have my tasty coffee.
