Lo Gueno was excellent all around. Very attentive service and no waiting. Bread hit the table immediately, fresh, warm, and perfectly crisp. The shrimp tapas were outstanding with deep flavor and well-balanced spice. The oxtail croquettes were rich and satisfying, clearly well executed. The charred peppers added a nice contrast and were done just right. The beef is clearly aged. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly, no grey areas, a beautiful crust, and a subtle smoky, charred flavor. Even the red pepper side stood out, flavorful and genuinely delicious.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. The waiter recommended monkfish, he said it was very delicious. But it was terrible. The fish was not cleaned properly and not fried enough. There were guts, skin and bones. very disgusting. Everything was deep fried in a lot of batter. No side dishes - just a big pile of deep fried “fish”. The restaurant should be ashamed to serve such food. A tourist trap. I complained to the waiter, who simply said “okay” and removed the plate. I asked not to get any other food. The waiter refunded the amount without further comment. I think they don’t care at all because most customers

This is a review for the cozy cute tapas bar opp the restaurant with the same name- Oh my the waiter (David) is so smiley and friendly! The decor is full of garlics and the tapas made me happy. Full of spanish speaking people who seem regulars. I had the chicken liver (and I’m scared of liver) it was so good.

Unprofessional and aggressive staff We were seated at a table and placed our drink orders, only for staff to come back shortly after and tell us we had to leave because we weren't ordering food. When we asked why they didn't inform us of this policy from the beginning, they absurdly claimed it was our responsibility to tell them upfront that we only wanted drinks. The waiter was incredibly rude and aggressive. If an establishment has specific seating policies, they need to communicate them clearly before seating guests, not host people with hostility after the fact. Terrible customer service-s
