A week ago I went for afternoon tea with my children because I'd been there before (under different owners) and we liked it. But I have to say it was awful. They each ordered a crepe, one chocolate and the other with strawberries. Strawberries??? A single strawberry, cut into four pieces, and half of it was overripe and mushy! I understand the price increase, of course, but for just one overripe strawberry?? They're like smoking leaves. Horrible. The ice cream is fine, that's all I recommend. Thanks!

A very disappointing experience. There were two of us waiting to order takeaway ice cream while the staff continued serving only the tables inside and on the terrace. After repeatedly letting them know we were waiting to place an order, no one came to take our order. After waiting for more than 15 minutes without anyone approaching to take our order, we decided to leave. I understand that there can be busy times, but completely ignoring customers waiting to pick up their orders is unacceptable. As a result, they lost two sales, and unfortunately, we've lost all desire to return. Better organ
