Potentially a very high level experience, spoiled by some (important) details. The location is very nice, central, modern, elegant and chic. We started our dinner by sharing some clams with lime sauce, it wasn't remarkable, quite a high price (26 euro) for around 12 clams, there was also one of them with a blatantly broken shell, you could feel some small pieces while chewing them. I’ve dinned in 5 different occasions and every experience and food have been extraordinary good. The foie is tasty and melting in your mouth, the chipirones (small squid) were cooked to perfection (tender, flavoursome and with a perfect bite), I couldn’t have cooked the grouper any juicer and tastier etc. I could go on and on highlighting their gastronomic craftsmanship. If you are into cheese don’t forget to ask for their cheese platter as dessert. On a final food note - the most impressive and creative dish (in my opinion) is the squid tartare.
