A must-visit in Palencia! Spectacular. We've been twice now, enjoying both the Jump and Tocalé areas, and both times the experience has been simply amazing. The place is not only beautiful, but it also has a super welcoming atmosphere. The staff's service is enviable, and the food is spectacular. A big plus is that, in addition to their excellent menu, they always have daily specials that are well worth trying, both for main courses and desserts (leave room for dessert!). Tocalé Restaurant has a spacious dining room with ample room for guests without them being too close together, making you feel comfortable. The food was delicious; we tried a little of almost everything to appreciate the textures and flavors. Caesar salad, grilled sweetbreads, surf and turf rice, truffle meatballs, hake in pil-pil sauce, and ribeye steak with fries and caramelized peppers—all well-prepared and flavorful.
