Excellent coffee and a wonderful experience overall. We decided to stop by based on the positive reviews, and it certainly lived up to our expectations. Although the shop is small, it offers truly exceptional coffee. I highly recommend the espresso made with Puchero beans, which has a distinctive acidity and an excellent, well-balanced flavor profile. On a separate note, we unfortunately witnessed someone leaving without paying, which was disappointing to see. The owner mentioned that this is, sadly, something that happens from time to time. Swung by after a long cycling session and it was exactly what we needed. This incredible little owner-run spot delivers on every level, the Dirty Chai and banana bread are hands down the best I’ve had. What started as a quick coffee stop turned into a full experience. The owner and barista has a deep understanding and genuine passion for specialty coffee and is always up for a great chat about it. I tried loads of different roasters and styles, and every single one was incredible. If you’re in Palma and you love great coffee, this place is a non-negotiable. Absolute must-visit.
