Note: There is no direct staff service, as orders are placed via a self-service station. Facilities: The premises are spacious. However, they did not have coffee at the time of the visit, the soda machine was broken and out of ice, and the ice cream ordered with extra white chocolate and chocolate-covered peanuts had very little of the topping. These are details that detract from the experience. Speed: Service was quick in preparing the order. Value for money: Average, in line with the type of establishment. Would I return?: No.

Today I placed my delivery order around 11 am through the app. Suddenly, the order tracking disappeared, and it was marked as delivered without me receiving anything. An hour and a half later, the order arrived from a woman on a scooter who wasn't even a delivery driver from the restaurant. I opened it and found the ice cream melted and oozing all over the bag, and the sauces I ordered for the bucket of nuggets were all the same, which wasn't supposed to be the case. The only thing that was salvageable were the nuggets; everything else was ruined. It would be good if they refunded the money fo

One nugget was missing, and the ice cream coupons wouldn't work on the screens. When we went to the counter to ask for coupon D969 (two King Fusion for €5), both the image and description showed the "Dubai Cookie" flavor as included, but it wasn't. The staff didn't do anything to help or find a solution; they excused themselves by saying they didn't make the announcements. In short, their attitude and lack of commitment to their work speak for themselves.
