It’s one of my staples whenever I’m in Madrid, offering a solid wine list alongside classic Cantabrian dishes presented with a more modern touch. The service is efficient and well organized rather than particularly personal. On a completely full Sunday afternoon, we were seated without a reservation, which already says a lot. Once at the table, the service wasn’t especially warm or individualized, but everything arrived promptly and without issues. The food remains the main reason to come back.
