Pico Rico is quickly becoming one of my favourite spots in Sabadell. The burritos are absolutely on point — packed with flavour, well-balanced, and super satisfying. The carnitas burrito was especially delicious, with tender, juicy meat and great seasoning. The ternera was also excellent and full of flavour. The alitas pibil are seriously addictive thanks to the rich, smoky marinade and bold taste, although I do wish they had a bit more meat on them. A great discovery in the center of Sabadell. The food was amazing, and the ambience as well. We could perceive that the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The staff was super friendly and the place very clean. They have vegetarian and vegan friendly options. The Valles area really needed a place like this. Highly recommended! (There is a giant public/blue parking lot nearby)
