Tender, well seasoned, cooked to the desired temperature. We also got the Sorbete de Limon con Vodka, was so so good. Loved it. Also, Katia has bern very attentive and helpful, I want to take this moment to thank her as well. I highly recommend this place, probably it’s best to reserve it in advance!
