This place is amazing. The homemade food is delicious, and it's one of the few restaurants we've found that actually understands gluten-free/celiac issues. The person who answers the phone is a real pleasure—kind, friendly, and helpful. It's a true delight every time I order. I ordered from this restaurant through Glovo. After waiting an hour and 20 minutes, and having to call to check on the status of my order, I received half a roast chicken, some potatoes, and a caffeine-free Coke. Everything arrived cold. The potatoes were drenched in oil and tasted like reused frying oil. The Coke contained caffeine, and I have high blood pressure and can't have any stimulants. So, I ended up not eating because it was inedible. I ordered from there because of the reviews, but you can't trust them anymore. It was a disgrace.

This is the second time I've ordered, thinking maybe the quantity and quality of the first time was a mistake. This time I ordered two portions of risotto and five pieces of Kentucky-style chicken, for 20 euros. Besides being expensive, the portions were small and the quality mediocre. Buying the risotto from the ready-made meals section at Mercadona would be the same. It's strange that I'm writing a review, but I won't be ordering from there again. I didn't try the chicken, but from what I can see, it's the only good thing about it.
