The tortilla de patata here was absolutely delicious — the egg inside was beautifully runny, and it was honestly the best Spanish omelette I have ever had! Their cheesecake was also amazing, with the perfect level of sweetness and a wonderful texture. It is definitely not to be missed. The service was excellent too. We originally ordered too much food, but the waiter kindly explained that it might be too much for us and even helped us reduce some of the starters to half portions. We left feeling very satisfied, and we will definitely come back again next time we visit Santander!

Tortilla was 9/10 and Huevo Homenaje Ca'Sento which is a signature dish from the renowned (formerly) Michelin-starred Spanish restaurant Ca'Sento was amazing! Fried calamari is okay (6/10) overall testaurant is great. They serve very tasteful local wines! 🍷 I would definitely come again!

The food was great, higher prices but also high quality. I liked as well the interior and open kitchen. Only the staff was a bit cold, we did not feel very welcome. And twice they just threw the menu on our table instead of giving it gentle to us.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars! The clean, vibrant flavors and superb combinations truly stood out. The “Cachon en su tinta” served with rice was absolutely amazing, and the cheesecake was decadently delightful. I’ll definitely be back when I visit the city!
