I visited Entre Tablas yesterday, the first café I popped into, in Spain, and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I stumbled upon the restaurant while browsing Google Maps and decided to give it a try since I had a few hours of transit before heading to Madrid. I ordered the lomo queso sandwich, which was larger than expected. It was delicious though the pork was a tad dry. Very tasty tapas! A great place to stop while you wait for your train at Barcelona-Sants. I ordered the patatas bravas, Italian olives, and chicken fingers. All of them were fresh and five stars! The service was quick and friendly, and the inside is well-decorated.

On our way to the Arenas we stumbled on this great little family business. First of all, the guy knows english. One menu was around 8- 9 euros including the patatas and salad. The place is cozy, the family who runs it was very kind.

Love the place. Was recommended by my hostel receptionist and it turned out to be good. Very friendly people behind the counter. I tried the anchovies in olive oil, small glass of beer and octopus croquettes and both were delicious. It’s hard to impress me since I come from India, while I understand it’s a different cuisine, give it a try if you’re nearby. Total price €11.90
