Passed by this restaurant with no expectations whatsoever. We came hungry and the food didn’t disappoint at all! Everything was great. The cochinillo was amazing 🤩 the paella perfect! The chorizo too as well as the lomo de cerdo Had to wait a bit to get seated but we were happy with the food!

Excellent restaurant in Segovia Spain. Food and wine was amazing we were 3 couples out for lunch and we really enjoyed it. Service was also very very good and the treated us like family. JUDIONES DE LA GRANJA Was very good and the salad and succulent pig was excellent! Place was jammed and the vibe was perfect. Would definitely go there again!!

I paid €37 for the menu. The meal started with paella, followed by suckling pig, and finished with the Segovia-style dessert. I also had wine with the meal. The dessert was fine, and the wine was okay as well. However, the paella was very disappointing. It was mostly plain rice with only a very small amount of meat and seafood. The biggest issue was the suckling pig. At first it looked like a large portion, but most of it was bones. The actual amount of meat was very small . We had three portions of cochinillo (suckling pig). Two of them were amazing; however, the third was clearly not prepared at the same time. One of the special things about cochinillo is that it can be cut with a plate. Mine was cut and then baked. The crispiness of the skin was also noticeably different. You can see it clearly in the photos.
